Once again I’m staring down the path at the finish line. This time is a little different for me because it is not part of my Misfit McCabe series.
I always enjoy reviewing children’s books as the holidays approach. Books were such a part of my growing up, I don’t remember ever having been without them. Although it has been argued that my mom taught me to read in self-defense, I don’t ever remember learning how to read, I just did.

This is how I felt when I heard this morning that Amazon.com had a book available for sale on Kindle that goes against the grain of moral and ethical decency.
Today I happened to be over at my TwitterSister Eisley Jacob’s blog checking our her post on editing and revising. This is a topic which is always dear to my heart, since I spend so much of my time on a book in this phase.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of participating in the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books held at UCLA. This particular event is awe inspiring as an author to see the number of people all excited about books.
