Sony has finally made a bid to take back the e-book market which Amazon’s Kindle has been dominating since it was released. Sony has released the Reader Touch Edition.
I have to be honest, this cover was my biggest obstacle to getting Nowhere Feels Like Home ready for publication. It took me 75% as much time to put it together as it did to write the entire book.

When I made the decision to re-release Misfit McCabe as a second edition along with the release of Nowhere Feels Like Home, one of the driving factors was to revise the covers.
I have been working so hard on getting Nowhere Feels Like Home edited and ready for publication, that I feel a little like I have been hiding in a cave somewhere only attend to those things which were absolutely necessary. I have now tied it up with a bow and am waiting on my ISBN so I can move on to the next part which is getting a proof copy to ensure everything looks the way it should.
Things have been so busy, my three monthiversary since surgery just flew right by. On August 19th I had my appointment for my second fill (if you don’t know what a fill entails, I describe it here).

Right off the bat, I’ll ‘fess up – I’ve come to the Meg Cabot party a little late. Meg started writing her young adult novels after I had already passed through that stage of my life and in fact after I had written my first young adult novel. After taking a too long break from writing, I am back to it and forging ahead, and along with that, I am reading more than ever. I knew I wanted to read some of Meg Cabot’s work, but didn’t want to start with the Princess Diaries series as it was ten books in length, and knowing me, I would have to read them all one right after the other and I had a book of my own to write.

We first met Tiff Banks in review 70 of Along Came a Demon. During the course of the first book, Tiff Banks is established as a person with the ability to talk with ghosts, who are referred to as shades. Tiff used her gift to assist the Clarion Police Department with murder investigations.
