Futbol
Denny's favorite EPL team, Man-U clinches the title for 2008, then goes on to win the double.  In a dramatic overtime, penalty kick shoot out, the Reds down Chelsea, who was appearing in their first ever Champions League Final.  Check this site for the latest updates.

College Baseball
Griffie World is the home to avid Cal State Fullerton Titan Fans!  The 2008 baseball season has come to an end, with the exciting finish of the Fresno State Bulldogs winning the College World Series Championship. A true example of the underdogs winning the day. So, the baseball clock starts ticking down the time to the start of the 2009 season, during which Denny and LK can be found at all home games sitting in their beloved Section K.  The Titans finished the 2008 season as Big West Conference Co-Champions alongside their foes the Long Beach State Dirtbags. They also won their Regional in post season, but lost to the Stanford Cardinal, missing the chance to make the trip to Omaha in 2008 by a couple of runs.
